Greg Swaysland

Director

Greg is a director and co-founder of Avilius and has a unique background in engineering, organisational psychology, and cyber security.

Having worked in the defence sector for over 16 years, he brings an unparalleled insight and understanding in how change in sensitive environments should be managed and how risks should be mitigated.

Greg has extensive experience in managing large-scale technology change and is also an expert in security assurance and maturing technology within organisations.

He also brings his passion for and deep understanding of organisational psychology, which can benefit organisations looking to improve their security posture in a number of ways.

Jenny Pattinson

Director

Jenny qualified as a Barrister specialising in Company law and is a Data Protection Officer. She worked in London for some of the World’s leading companies, including Travelex, International Power and Ernst & Young where she advised on an array of projects including an IPO at TSB Bank, international tax restructuring, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. As a DPO she has advised a range of companies including European, US and Asian life sciences, pharmaceutical and technology companies, PR and marketing companies and charities.

She has a passion for technology and innovation and was Information Security Director at Monzo Bank, where she led their data privacy compliance program and provided strategic leadership around security improvements and regulatory expertise, as well as strengthening the bank’s overall security posture.

A well-rounded business professional, Jenny also holds professional certifications in corporate governance, information security and Cloud technology and can provide clients with holistic advice.

Jenny co-founded Avilius as she wanted to provide organisations of all sizes with World-class expertise using an integrated approach to risk management.
